Returns & Exchanges
At Be Pleasured by Pinky, we carefully select every product we offer. Because many of our products are personal wellness and intimate-use items, returns are subject to hygiene and safety requirements.
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
- Intimate or personal-use products that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Products that have been damaged, altered or removed from their original packaging.
- Items purchased as final sale, clearance or otherwise marked as non-returnable.

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team through WhatsApp or email with your order details. We'll review your request and let you know whether the item qualifies for a return.
Once your return has been approved, we'll provide the next steps for returning the item. Return delivery costs may apply unless the item was received damaged or incorrectly supplied.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details so that we can assist you.
